Submission Info
Thank-you for your interest in submitting your portfolio for possible gallery representation. Dale Smith Gallery accepts submissions from artists working in all contemporary media. This includes painting, printmaking, photography, drawing, mixed media and sculpture.
Unfortunately, the gallery will no longer accept portfolio submissions sent through the post office. New work will be reviewed through email attachments or websites only. We will no longer return mailed material.
The gallery does not spontaneously view portfolios during gallery hours. Please do not drop into the gallery with your work or images of your work.
We suggest that you familiarize yourself with the gallery and its artists by visiting the gallery website or, where possible, visiting the gallery in person. Your work will be assessed for artistic quality, originality and for its potential to enhance the work shown by Dale Smith Gallery.
Procedures for Portfolio Submission
Email the gallery with your website address, or Email images of your work, as email attachments in JPG format. Those attachments should not exceed 1.5 MB total.
Submit to: submissions@dalesmithgallery.com, with 'Gallery Submission' in the subject line of the email.
